Our company (originally the Shandong Qixia Piston Factory and Shandong Qixia Hydraulics Factory) is a state-owned second-grade enterprise engaged in manufacturing and exporting pistons, hydraulics, die-casting products, and spare parts for diesel engines.

We have a strong capability for designing and developing products, in addition to many methods for testing and modeling of new series. Moreover, we have been directed by the provincial government to accelerate development and reform technologies in all relevant fields; such as selecting raw materials, smelting metals, producing molds, mechanical processing, testing, and so on. Our objective is to initiate modern technologies and manufacture top-quality products.

Our factory is capable of producing more than 180 types of pistons, in diameters from 45 to 200mm. With our annual production capacity now exceeding 3500000 pieces, these products are widely used in automobiles, tractors and other vehicles. We also manufacture 350,000 middle and high pressure gear pumps every year, which are used in cranes, excavators, bulldozers and other heavy lifting machinery.

Our quality standards have reached the levels set by VICKES Co. (USA) in the 1990's, as well as passing evaluation for ISO9002 quality certification in 1999. Supplying products to over 30 different cities, provinces and regions around China, we also have clients in North and South America, Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Pakistan, India, Korea and so on. With long service lives and a high degree of reliability, our products are well known both domestically and overseas.

Our cooperation methods include exporting finished products; helping set up clients' sales networks; undertaking processing based on given drawings, samples, and materials; and seeking partners to develop pistons, gear pumps, die-casting products, and other related products.
